A popular potential solution for low-cost multi-colour printing is a semi-automated system with a "TSG" stand-type tampon printing machine combined with "DUO-SM" transfer conveyor.

Here taking the example of a 5-colour, 4-sided (90°) printing of golf balls. The "DUO-SM" transfer conveyor is equipped by hand, two-handed version.

The parts are supplied to the printing machine automatically using a "DUO-SM" transfer system, equipped with 16 jigs including mechanical clamp and 90° turns for 4-sided printing of golf balls. The turns can be implemented individually, resulting in print motif positioning of choice.

The number of poor quality parts wasted is minimised thanks to the integrated residue pick-up system. Tampons cleaned in rest position at the end of production.
