Automated system for marking and decorating sanitary fittings
Laser roughening and tampon printing
This special automated system developed with the sanitary sector in mind has an indexing table on the outer edge of which there is a laser marking unit of the "ALFALAS® product range, a cleaning station and two tampon printing machines.
The bonding properties of the 2-component printing ink, which is applied accurately in the "laser roughening" carried out prior to the actual printing process, resists any mechanical or chemical wear known in the sanitary sector.
This procedure enables high-quality chromium-plated sanitary fittings to be decorated with flexibility.
