- TAMPOPRINT built the first "Closure Print " in 2000.
- The "Closure Print" model is mainly intended for customers with low output requirements.
The very compact design is the result of a reduction in output.

Depending on print image, the system's output is approx. 20,000–45,000 items/h for caps with a 28 mm diameter. Depending on print image, the output for caps with a 38 mm diameter is approx. 15-30,000 items/h. A maximum of 3 colors can be printed with the “Closure Print” model. Despite having a lower output than the “Rotoprint” and “Continua” models, all the necessary components satisfy very stringent standards. The space-saving “V-RTI 2000” printing unit can be operated without the need for any tools, which cuts set-up times to a minimum. With the “Closure Print” model, the ascending conveyor used also guarantees feeding which is gentle on parts. The system is equipped with interchangeable mandrills, which guarantees rapid and economical system process changeovers when printing several cap types.
Just like the “Rotoprint” model, printed caps are ejected in position. This prevents the print image from being damaged in any way during final drying and allows for simple integration of the optional print image check.
A transport worm (driven by a motor) under the integrated ink distributing system conveys the circulating ink to the cliché cylinder.
All modules (cliché, pad roller, doctor blade unit etc.) can be fitted using a toolless set-up process. which cuts set-up times to a minimum. |
